Every time you visit this website www.inhypenails.com, use its services or make a purchase, you are subject to the policies, terms, and conditions applicable to that service. We reserve the right to change any of the information on www.nhypenails.com and these terms and conditions at any time. Please read them carefully.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
No Shipping charges will be applied for ground shipments within USA on invoices over $50 USD (before taxes). Orders under $50 USD will have a $8.00 USD shipping fee added at checkout.
In.Hype store is NOT responsible for loss, damage that occur during transit. Because weather conditions can change drastically at any time, we also assume no liability for damage caused by changes in weather during transportation. Please ensure the shipping address provided is correct, packages returned due to incorrect shipping addresses will be at the purchaser's expense.
Returns for products will be accepted within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us before returning product. Product must be returned at customer's expense. There will be no refunds on shipping charges. 10% restocking fee applies on all returned products.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging
- Item is unopened and unused
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
